Supports national community lending initiatives through program analytics, ROI dashboards, event planning, reporting, partner coordination, and sales enablement. Analyzes event and lending data using CRM and business intelligence tools, manages event logistics, budgets, vendors, and compliance, and provides actionable insights to sales and leadership. Builds relationships with nonprofits and housing partners while maintaining scalable event resources and measuring community impact.

Supports marketing and marketing technology initiatives by gathering and documenting requirements, user stories, workflows, data flows, and acceptance criteria. Partners with Marketing, Product, Engineering, QA, Compliance, vendors, and other stakeholders on websites, landing pages, CMS, analytics, tagging, SEO, forms, integrations, and accessibility. Translates business needs into actionable requirements while addressing APIs, data mapping, permissions, errors, dependencies, and system performance.

Manages and implements Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure, and OneDrive. Builds solutions, administers configurations, maintains governance and development standards, resolves platform issues, and addresses automation failures and technical debt. Tracks work through Jira or Azure DevOps, supports citizen developers, monitors platform updates, and documents policies. Provides technical guidance to junior administrators and contractors, assigns work, oversees projects, and handles escalated issues.
