The Senior Sales Operations Specialist supports sales processes by liaising with business partners, managing Salesforce.com, and handling orders and quotes while maintaining process efficiencies.

The fellowship provides military spouses and separating service members with cybersecurity training and hands-on experience through projects and vendor training, aimed at enhancing their security skills.

Manage cybersecurity professional services projects across the full engagement lifecycle, including sales handoff, resource planning, project execution, communications, risk resolution, invoicing, revenue recognition, and closeout. Maintain project data in OpenAir, support customer relationships, ensure scope and budget compliance, and develop project management processes and documentation. The role requires advanced Microsoft Office, Project, and Excel skills, familiarity with OpenAir and Salesforce, information security knowledge, strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Travel may reach 15%.
