Manage client tax-related cases from onboarding through completion, provide regular updates and support, coordinate with enrolled agents and compliance teams, handle multiple deadlines, and meet performance targets while maintaining client satisfaction.

Recruit candidates for multiple company positions by sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and other channels. Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, coordinate hiring-manager interviews, maintain candidate pipelines, engage applicants, manage job postings and campaigns, track recruiting metrics, and collaborate with HR and department managers to meet hiring goals. The role emphasizes high-volume recruiting, strong communication, organization, persistence, and independent ownership in a fast-paced, fully in-office environment.
