Participate in paid training, ongoing coaching, and work in a high-volume, commission-driven environment with performance incentives.

Manage a portfolio of client tax cases from onboarding to resolution, provide regular client communication, coordinate with enrolled agents and compliance, handle multiple priorities in a high-volume environment, and meet monthly performance targets while maintaining client satisfaction.
