Leads the accounting organization and owns accurate, timely financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, audit readiness, internal controls, AP and cash operations. The Controller develops managers, strengthens accountability, documents processes, resolves recurring issues, supports ERP and automation improvements, and builds a scalable accounting operating model. This role partners with the CFO, auditors, finance, tax, payroll, operations, IT, executives, lenders, and private equity stakeholders.

Lead creation and lifecycle management of SOPs, change management, and operational readiness. Partner with IT, Compliance, and Training to support system rollouts, validate workflows, and enable adoption. Monitor standards adherence, drive continuous improvement, and maintain performance dashboards to inform leadership decisions.

Manages launch readiness for product and technology releases, coordinating planning, milestones, communications, training, support, stakeholder alignment, risk tracking, go/no-go preparation, post-launch support, adoption monitoring, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
