Leads strategy and roadmap for GridUnity’s technical platform, partnering with engineering and product owners on requirements, APIs, data models, integrations, security, compliance, and Agile delivery. Owns platform metrics, prioritization, developer portal governance, integration frameworks, and stakeholder alignment. Represents platform capabilities with leadership and customers while mentoring and eventually managing a growing team.

Design end-to-end user experiences for complex B2B SaaS products supporting energy interconnection and planning workflows. Responsibilities include user research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction design, UX metrics, design-system contributions, usability testing, and close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Insights, and Customer Experience teams. The role focuses on data-heavy interfaces, expert users, regulated environments, platform evolution, and ensuring consistent, usable, and scalable product experiences.

Senior Product Owner responsible for product vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog prioritization, requirements, Agile delivery, release readiness, customer discovery, product metrics, and stakeholder alignment. The role represents customer needs to engineering, balances technical debt and feature development, supports sales, mentors product owners, and partners with leadership to improve product processes. Energy and utility industry expertise, particularly transmission planning or interconnection processes, is required.
