Drive new business revenue across the Western Territory by selling complex healthcare technology and services, including AI-enabled EHR and revenue cycle management solutions. Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing through accurate forecasting and CRM updates. Build relationships with healthcare decision-makers, manage RFPs, develop territory plans, and travel 50–75% of the time.

Leads enterprise enablement across business applications, business intelligence, and AI. Owns strategy, roadmaps, governance, vendors, budgets, data quality, reporting, AI workflow deployment, and organizational adoption. Builds and mentors multidisciplinary teams while partnering with Finance, Operations, Product, Sales, and Support leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes, improve processes, and establish secure, scalable technology foundations.

Drive project, release, and roadmap delivery for product and development teams using Agile and traditional project management. Manage scope, schedules, resources, capacity, risks, dependencies, vendors, compliance, and stakeholder decisions. Maintain accurate planning and delivery data in Wrike, Agility, Smartsheet, and Domo. Use analytics and approved AI tools to forecast capacity, identify risks, and improve delivery, while validating AI outputs, protecting sensitive information, and retaining accountability for decisions.

Owns end-to-end delivery for a multi-product software program, coordinating product, engineering, and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include roadmap and release planning, capacity management, risk and dependency resolution, executive communication, data accuracy across delivery systems, release readiness, vendor management, compliance, and mentoring project managers. The role also promotes responsible use of AI tools for forecasting, reporting, workflow optimization, and delivery decisions.

Develop production software using AI-first engineering practices. Translate requirements into prompts, implementation plans, and acceptance criteria; generate and validate AI-assisted code; identify hallucinations, security issues, and logic gaps; create automated tests; and ensure architecture, performance, documentation, and production readiness. Build reusable prompt workflows, collaborate with product and technical teams, document decisions, and guide engineers in adopting AI-native development practices.

Senior individual contributor responsible for product marketing strategy across Greenway Health’s portfolio. Owns ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, positioning, messaging, value frameworks, competitive differentiation, win/loss insights, objections, and lifecycle storytelling. Influences product, pricing, packaging, roadmap, launch readiness, and value realization while aligning Product, Technology, Commercial, Marketing, Customer Success, and analyst stakeholders. Requires strong B2B marketing expertise, executive presence, strategic thinking, and cross-functional influence without direct authority.
