Advises leadership, manages outside counsel, supports escalations and investigations, translates regulations into scalable processes and product controls, and strengthens contracting, partner oversight, and compliance operations.

Supports communications launches and proactive campaigns across health, education, and personal finance. Develops messaging, media strategies, briefing materials, talking points, FAQs, and executive summaries; translates complex technical work into clear audience-specific narratives; monitors media sentiment and emerging risks; and coordinates cross-functional stakeholders across product, policy, legal, marketing, research, and communications.
