Provide on-site technology consultation and user support including hardware/software troubleshooting, mobile device management (Intune), AV and video-conferencing support, telephone/voicemail systems, printer/scanner support, ticket tracking, preventative maintenance, office moves, vendor coordination, and assisting with IT rollouts and user training recommendations.
