Lead and manage an urban middle or high school: hire and develop staff, direct instructional programs, manage budgets and operations, set schedules and discipline policies, engage families and community, drive student achievement, and participate in professional development and organizational initiatives.

Lead instructional programs, supervise curriculum and staff, manage student discipline and attendance, oversee safety, transportation, athletics, budgets and schedules, engage families and community, deliver professional development, and support school culture and student achievement.

Provide specialized instruction and support to middle and high school students with mild-moderate disabilities. Develop and implement IEPs, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, co-teach and consult with general education staff, train and monitor paraprofessionals, maintain student records, and deliver data-driven instruction and behavior interventions to ensure access to the core curriculum.
