Help the organization execute faster, make informed decisions, and maintain alignment across global teams.

Leads global enterprise sales strategy across renewals, expansions, upsells, strategic accounts, and partnerships. Builds C-suite relationships, manages complex multi-country engagements, drives forecasting and revenue accountability, coaches sales teams, and improves client experience. Partners cross-functionally to connect workplace culture and employee experience solutions to measurable business outcomes. Oversees account governance, risk mitigation, negotiations, pricing, executive communications, escalations, and strategic growth opportunities.

Senior individual contributor who scales Brand & Experience programs through operational leadership, program management, stakeholder alignment, and scalable systems. Owns event operations, budgets, vendor management, agenda support, and attendee experience for flagship conferences and a portfolio of executive events. Builds playbooks, governance, and automation to improve team capacity and execution while coordinating cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
