Manage customer credit and accounts receivable for assigned profit centers: assess creditworthiness, set and monitor credit limits, protect profitability, and maintain customer relationships to support sales and credit initiatives.

Coordinates large customer project orders from entry through delivery, serving as the liaison among customers, vendors, and suppliers. Responsibilities include preparing material submittals, processing returns and credits, providing project reporting, coordinating on-time deliveries, and handling job lot billing and invoices. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, customer service skills, SAP and Microsoft Office experience, and at least a high school education.

Develop accurate, compliant, and competitive quotations for low- and medium-voltage electrical gear, switchgear, assemblies, and related materials. Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, BOMs, and contract documents; identify scope gaps and technical or commercial risks; obtain manufacturer pricing and lead times; calculate cost and sell pricing; and maintain documentation for customer approvals, order execution, and operational handoff.
