Performs financial and data analytics for banking portfolios, builds operational and compliance reporting, automates dashboards, and prepares executive and Board materials. Supports asset strategy through financial modeling, yield analysis, scenario testing, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and profitability reviews. Evaluates pricing, funds transfer pricing, product margins, and capital allocation across lending and deposit portfolios.

Leads commercial underwriting and portfolio management for the bank’s commercial loan portfolio. Oversees credit approvals, risk ratings, covenant and collateral monitoring, compliance, financial analysis, problem-loan identification, and workout strategies. Partners with the Chief Credit Officer and executives on portfolio risk, lending objectives, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. Builds and coaches the underwriting and portfolio management team while ensuring timely reporting and adherence to credit policies.

Manage and mentor a team of BSA/AML analysts overseeing customer onboarding, transaction monitoring, investigations, SAR filings, OFAC screening, and high-risk customer reviews. Own alert lifecycle, liaison with BaaS partners and law enforcement, support policy development, and coordinate responses to audits and examinations.
