Delivers IT audit and assurance services, including information systems control testing and assessments supporting financial statement audits. Identifies security, risk management, and process improvement opportunities; understands client operations; manages client relationships, deadlines, and engagement expectations; and contributes to recruiting and business development. The role requires strong analytical, communication, technical, project management, and information security skills, with flexibility for additional hours and travel.

Lead M&A tax planning, consulting, compliance, and due diligence engagements. Manage and mentor tax professionals, advise clients on acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, transaction documents, tax attributes, and Section 382 limitations. Conduct tax research, analyze financial models and returns, communicate with clients and tax authorities, support business development, and maintain client relationships. The role requires CPA or active law license, substantial federal tax experience, and hybrid attendance at least three days weekly.
