Manages and mentors tax professionals, oversees client communications and deadlines, analyzes tax attributes and Section 382 limitations, reviews financial models and transaction documents, researches tax issues, supports tax authority responses, and assists with business development and priority account management.

Performs buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and transaction advisory services for middle-market clients, private equity investors, and lenders. Analyzes income statements, balance sheets, operational data, working capital, debt, and earnings quality. Prepares client reports, evaluates transaction risks and financial assumptions, supports proposals and business development, and supervises, trains, and mentors associates.
