Lead risk and internal control assessments across operational, financial, and IT processes, manage internal audit outsourcing/co-sourcing engagements, perform SOX Section 404-related testing, drive client risk assessments and process improvements, oversee engagement management and business development, and coach and mentor staff.

Support buy- and sell-side transactions by conducting operational due diligence, cost and synergy assessments, integration/separation planning, Day 1 and 100-day readiness, and post-close execution. Produce analyses, reports, and client deliverables while coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking value capture initiatives.
