Leads enterprise strategy and operational initiatives for the Office of the COO, translating executive priorities into actionable plans, performance insights, governance mechanisms, and measurable results. Advises senior leaders, facilitates cross-functional decision-making, supports member firms, and drives implementation across complex, geographically dispersed organizations. The role requires strong business and financial acumen, executive communication, independent problem-solving, and the ability to influence without formal authority.

Leads global finance process design and SAP S/4HANA implementation activities, including accounting documentation, process-gap analysis, testing, data validation, UAT, controls evaluation, issue resolution, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization. Coordinates with Finance, Accounting, IT, regional teams, global process owners, and implementation partners to standardize processes and ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and company policies.

Leads M&A tax consulting and compliance engagements, including buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence, tax-efficient acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, transaction document review, tax modeling, and Section 382 analyses. Manages and mentors tax professionals, oversees client communications and deadlines, supports business development, researches tax issues, and advises clients on transaction-related tax matters.
