Leads Oracle advisory and implementation engagements across client organizations, including requirements gathering, process and system design, configuration, testing, training, deployment support, and post-production assistance. Develops business cases, communicates with senior stakeholders, manages complex projects, coaches team members, contributes to consulting offerings, and supports practice thought leadership. Requires extensive Oracle implementation experience, professional certification, leadership capabilities, and up to 40% travel.

Leads global compensation strategy, pay philosophy, job architecture, salary structures, benchmarking, pay equity, regulatory compliance, and annual compensation cycles. Oversees compensation integration for mergers and acquisitions, manages compensation systems and data controls, advises senior leaders, and leads a team of compensation professionals. Partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders across global geographies.
