Verifies patient insurance benefits, eligibility, liabilities, and authorization requirements before home healthcare services begin. Documents payer information in Homecare Homebase, monitors verification and authorization workflows, obtains initial and ongoing authorizations, researches discrepancies, and communicates with insurers, patients, hospitals, physicians, clinical staff, scheduling, and billing. Reverification of coverage, Medicaid status, and payer changes is performed regularly to prevent claim delays and write-offs.

Leads the Strategy Execution and Transformation Office, translating enterprise strategy into prioritized initiatives, managing the strategic portfolio, aligning executive stakeholders, resolving tradeoffs, and driving organizational change and adoption. The role oversees sequencing, resources, governance, execution outcomes, communications, and team development while partnering closely with the CEO and executive leadership team.
