Supports litigation attorneys with pleadings, legal and factual research, discovery requests and responses, document review, case management, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation. Responsibilities include organizing records and databases, preparing exhibits and pretrial pleadings, coordinating witnesses and vendors, and providing live trial support. The role requires strong communication, organization, analytical ability, attention to detail, and proficiency with litigation support software and Microsoft Office.

Represent clients in tort and products liability litigation, including complex product liability disputes, mass torts, class actions, multidistrict litigation, business torts, consumer protection, and fiduciary duty cases. Candidates will collaborate with an experienced trial attorney and apply strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills. California licensure is required. Remote work is available for the Bay Area-based team.

Handle complex business and commercial litigation matters in state and federal court, including discovery, depositions, dispositive and pre-trial motions, legal research, writing, and analysis. Candidates must be California-admitted attorneys with strong academic backgrounds and the ability to independently manage work. Trial and class-action defense experience are preferred but not required.
