Represent clients in employment litigation within a fast-paced law firm environment. Responsibilities include legal writing, research, analysis, client interactions, and appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Attorneys may work remotely, in a hybrid arrangement, or full-time, and must be licensed to practice law in California.

Handle complex business and commercial litigation matters in state and federal court. Responsibilities may include written discovery, depositions, dispositive and pre-trial motions, legal research, analysis, writing, and potentially trial or class-action defense. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in California, demonstrate strong academic credentials, and independently manage work. All experience levels are welcome, with hybrid work options available.

Supports litigation attorneys with pleadings, legal and factual research, discovery requests and responses, document review, case management, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation. Organizes client records and databases, prepares exhibits and pre-trial pleadings, coordinates witnesses and vendors, and provides live trial support while communicating professionally with clients and legal staff.
