Manage the Founder and Co-CEOs’ calendars, logistics, projects, action items, partnerships, budgets, vendors, research, and executive workflows. Build and maintain Notion systems, administer Slack and WhatsApp, implement AI tools and automations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure deliverables are tracked and completed. The role requires direct communication with senior leaders, discretion, proactive follow-through, and travel 8–10 times annually.

Manage procurement, supplier/vendor relationships, inventory and ERP (NetSuite) processes to ensure accurate accounting, on-time production delivery, cost optimization, and resolution of supply chain issues. Lead data collection, change management for costing, coordinate domestic and international logistics, and communicate delivery risks to cross-functional partners.

Lead creation of digital and print assets across marketing, editorial, branding, advertising, and experiential initiatives. Set creative standards, mentor junior designers, drive projects from concept to production, and partner with cross-functional teams to evolve and maintain a cohesive goop visual identity.
