Leads goop’s operations function across supply chain, sourcing, production, 3PL partnerships, fulfillment, logistics, and operational finance. Develops scalable operational strategy, manages suppliers and manufacturers, improves margins and delivery performance, oversees omnichannel distribution, and drives COGS, P&L, forecasting, inventory, and KPI outcomes. Builds high-performing teams and collaborates with Finance, Technology, and executive leadership on product launches, ERP optimization, and continuous improvement.

Manage the Founder and Co-CEOs’ calendars, logistics, projects, action items, partnerships, budgets, vendors, research, and executive workflows. Build and maintain Notion systems, administer Slack and WhatsApp, implement AI tools and automations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure deliverables are tracked and completed. The role requires direct communication with senior leaders, discretion, proactive follow-through, and travel 8–10 times annually.
