Lead and support deployment, operations, installations and maintenance of metropolitan FTTH networks. Coordinate design-to-service alignment, manage GIS/network planning, permitting, RFPs, vendor teams, budgeting, forecasting, QA, equipment turn-up, testing and acceptance, and city/jurisdiction coordination.

Develop and maintain Salesforce applications across the web stack, including front end, back end, APIs, databases, and data pipelines. Write and review technical documentation, code, and unit tests; support builds and deployments; troubleshoot issues; and collaborate with engineering teams, TPMs, and business stakeholders. Apply Agile practices, manage delivery expectations, integrate Salesforce with business applications, and support scalable, high-quality software solutions.

Analyzes complex datasets to uncover business insights, develops dashboards and reports using SQL and visualization tools, and presents recommendations to stakeholders. Partners with engineering, operations, and other teams to solve business problems, prioritize strategy and projects, manage deliverables, and ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
