The Director of Strategic Pricing will lead pricing strategy and execution within the Client Value team, focusing on alternative fee arrangements, commercial performance, and AI-enabled pricing innovations. This role involves collaboration with stakeholders, managing a team, and advising on pricing matters to drive value and profitability.

Lead legal project management across complex, high-value matters: build trusted partner relationships, drive matter planning, budgets, and profitability, support client transparency, champion AI/automation and data tools, develop LPM frameworks, and mentor junior team members while embedding LPM firmwide.

Design, build, deploy, and support low-code/no-code automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, Logic Apps and Azure services. Integrate with SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse and other systems, create connectors, test and document solutions, provide end-user training, and ensure governance, security and performance improvements.
