Owns the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys email platform, including architecture, configuration, integrations, governance, and roadmap. Builds and deploys email campaigns and automated journeys, manages QA and technical sign-off, and partners with marketing, CRM, analytics, privacy, technology, and vendors. The role also leads platform improvements, documentation, change management, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and in-house and external production resources.

Manage cross-functional IT and technology initiatives across the firm. Responsibilities include developing roadmaps, establishing project plans and budgets, coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, managing risks and dependencies, providing leadership updates, standardizing project management practices, and ensuring delivery aligns with firm priorities.

Manages lateral partner recruiting searches from launch through onboarding, including market research, candidate assessment, communications, interviews, diligence, approvals, and transition planning. Coordinates with firm leaders, practice management, finance, conflicts, integration, and search firms. Maintains pipelines, reports, recruiting materials, and confidential records while tracking deadlines, risks, and dependencies. Supports value propositions, candidate presentations, process improvements, and informed recruiting and practice-development decisions.
