Coordinate and execute opportunity, inclusion, and belonging programs and events; provide project and administrative support to OIB leadership; prepare materials and reports; track program data and budgets; partner with HR, Talent, Recruiting and Communications; maintain calendars, trackers, and operational tools; and identify process improvements to enhance team efficiency and employee engagement.

Lead planning, execution, and governance of go-to-market initiatives. Manage roadmaps, milestones, timelines, cross-functional coordination, risk mitigation, KPI tracking, stakeholder communications, process standardization, and prioritization to ensure projects align with firm strategy and are delivered on time.

The Director of Strategic Pricing will lead pricing strategy and execution within the Client Value team, focusing on alternative fee arrangements, commercial performance, and AI-enabled pricing innovations. This role involves collaboration with stakeholders, managing a team, and advising on pricing matters to drive value and profitability.
