Perform cashiering functions; price, evaluate, and sell donated goods; assist customers; stand for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs; work specified store schedule and overtime as required.

Support Learning & Development by preparing materials, facilitating trainings, tracking and reporting via LMS, coordinating logistics and facilities, documenting processes, and managing the training calendar and registrations.

Develop and maintain employer relationships to create paid work and community opportunities for program participants. Prospect local job markets, perform job task analysis, provide ADA guidance, coordinate job coaching and follow-up, assist staff with worksite implementation, ensure employer satisfaction, and support compliance with Department of Labor and CARF standards.
