Provide high-level administrative and facility support to the Executive Director and staff, including scheduling, meeting logistics, reports, recordkeeping, vendor coordination, light accounting, and customer service. Maintain filing systems, office supplies, procedures, and assist with special events and process improvements.

Provide high-level administrative and office support to the Executive Director and staff: manage correspondence, reports, meeting logistics, office operations, vendor liaison, filing, light accounting, and event support while maintaining confidential records and recommending process improvements.

Provide client-centered case management and oversight of other case managers. Screen and assess clients, create and monitor service plans, perform crisis intervention, connect clients to housing, health, employment and community resources, maintain documentation, supervise staff, enforce house rules, ensure facility safety, and participate in trainings and meetings.
