Prospect, present, demo, and negotiate solutions; collaborate with marketing and product teams; maintain customer relationships through onsite visits; analyze market trends and ensure margin targets.

Lead Southern California sales organization to drive profitable revenue growth, expand market share, develop strategic accounts, build high-performing sales teams, optimize sales processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver packaging solutions and long-term customer value.
