Manages customer packaging projects from concept through delivery, coordinating sales, finance, design, procurement, manufacturing, fulfillment, and logistics. Serves as the primary customer liaison, oversees schedules, materials, product specifications, orders, and issue resolution, and ensures accurate, on-time delivery. The role also supports product design, vendor management, pricing and cost analysis, customer relationship development, CRM data accuracy, and cross-functional process improvement.

Leads GWPG’s Southern California sales organization, driving profitable revenue growth, market expansion, strategic accounts, and commercial execution. Responsibilities include developing go-to-market strategy, managing sales leaders, optimizing processes, overseeing forecasting and budgets, expanding customer relationships, mitigating risk, and recruiting and developing sales talent. The role requires collaboration with operations, manufacturing, finance, marketing, design, and customer service, along with regular travel to plants, customers, and sales teams.
