The Commercial Development Associate will engage in training across various functions, build customer relationships, participate in sales processes, and aim for career advancement to Account Manager.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue and profitability by targeting new business in cosmetics and spirits packaging. Prospect, present, demo, and negotiate solutions; collaborate with marketing and product teams; maintain customer relationships through onsite visits; analyze market trends and ensure margin targets.

Lead Southern California sales organization to drive profitable revenue growth, expand market share, develop strategic accounts, build high-performing sales teams, optimize sales processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver packaging solutions and long-term customer value.

Supervise corrugated production shift to meet safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets. Manage personnel, scheduling, training, quality control, incident investigations, PM completion, internal relationships, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain production records, use production software (job costing, PDE, inventory), and support plant leadership on projects and capital needs.

Lead packaging development projects from concept to completion: coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, specs, documentation, quality, inventory, shipping and overseas manufacturing. Communicate with customers and suppliers, support cost/size reduction, resolve production issues, and ensure on-time delivery while meeting safety and service standards. Bilingual Mandarin/English required.
