Own product enablement strategy across GoGuardian’s portfolio for sales and Customer Success teams. Translate product roadmaps and launches into training, certifications, resources, and seller-readiness programs. Partner with Product Marketing, Product, and sales leaders; deliver live and asynchronous learning; maintain Highspot content; and use Clari, Salesforce, and related analytics to measure knowledge gaps, seller confidence, and conversation quality. This senior individual contributor role also manages enablement projects, stakeholders, and continuous improvement.

Run sales onboarding and ramp programs, including curricula, certifications, milestones, cohorts, and manager check-ins. Build onboarding for sales leaders, support product enablement and launches, manage enablement intake, and maintain enablement systems and content organization. Use AI to automate tasks and report on ramp time, certification rates, and content usage. Serve as a cross-trained backup across core enablement programs and systems.

The Staff Software Engineer will build and maintain GoGuardian's Safety product suite, lead architectural decisions, mentor developers, and champion AI adoption in engineering workflows.
