Leads GoDaddy’s Commerce Support organization and strategy for merchant onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, and growth. Oversees customer-facing teams, service delivery, workforce planning, operational performance, and P&L management. Drives AI-enabled support transformation through automation, agent assistance, self-service, analytics, and process modernization. Partners with Product, Engineering, Sales, Risk, and GTM leaders to improve merchant outcomes, increase product adoption, reduce churn, and scale operational efficiency.

Lead requirements and architecture for GoDaddy’s PKI and Certificate Authority platform. Translate CA/Browser Forum standards into technical specifications, compliance automation, testing frameworks, and resilient infrastructure designs. Guide certificate lifecycle automation, HSM and key management, cryptographic modernization, post-quantum migration, API capabilities, and high-availability systems. Partner with security and engineering teams on threat modeling, architecture reviews, documentation, and vulnerability management while mentoring engineers on PKI and cryptography.

Develop and maintain scalable client-side and server-side applications using JavaScript and Python. Work across the software development lifecycle, including architecture, deployment, testing, and maintenance. Improve reliability, performance, code quality, and operational practices through code reviews, mentoring, observability, and monitoring. Build AI/ML infrastructure supporting LLMs and RAG systems, contribute to open-source projects, and develop secure, production-ready platforms and developer tools.
