The Insurance Product Analyst II supports state management for auto insurance products by conducting research, analyses, and executing product launches. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, data analysis, and communication across teams.

Develop and maintain scalable web, mobile, API, and data-platform features as part of an Agile Scrum team. Implement cloud migrations, CI/CD pipelines, test automation, security controls, and production-first practices while troubleshooting production issues and contributing to continuous improvement.

Handle inbound bilingual (English/Spanish) auto claim intake and First Notice of Loss (FNOL): create claims, collect accident details, initiate inspections/rentals, provide customer service, escalate as needed, and use multiple systems and AI tools to support claim progression and metrics.
