Provides corporate legal support to headquarters and subsidiaries, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, managing contract lifecycles, supporting M&A, real estate, joint ventures, and entity reorganizations. Conducts subsidiary risk and insurance assessments, prepares compliance reports, develops policies, and oversees litigation with external counsel. Requires strong legal research, writing, contract drafting, risk analysis, and case management skills, with frequent travel across subsidiary locations.

Leads sales and business development for multinational logistics clients, including RFQ responses, solution design, account acquisition, onboarding, pricing alignment, contract negotiations, and revenue growth. Builds strategic customer partnerships, develops multimodal logistics programs, monitors KPIs and financial metrics, provides market intelligence, and coordinates with operations, pricing, legal, IT, and compliance teams to ensure reliable service delivery.

Oversee accounting for the Port Processing business segment, including month-end close, P&L reporting, revenue recognition, variance analysis, forecasting, reconciliations, and financial presentations. Lead and develop the accounting team, support KPMG, SOX, and ICFR audits, maintain compliance with GAAP and IFRS, review business plans and contracts, and support SAP and operating-system enhancements.
