Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, operations, and corporate roles. Build specialized talent channels, source passive candidates, assess and close hires, advise hiring leaders, improve recruiting processes and data discipline, and help mentor or manage recruiters as the team grows. The role is hands-on and onsite in Torrance, California, with limited travel for university outreach and recruiting events.

Scale GITAI's technical recruiting by performing evidence-based technical screenings of engineering portfolios, CAD/PCB work and test artifacts. Independently assess fit for hardware roles, protect engineering time, manage candidate pipelines via ATS, challenge hiring managers when needed, and continuously improve technical judgment and market knowledge.

Lead end-to-end solid rocket motor development, including propellant formulation, motor design, manufacturing, hot-fire testing, performance analysis, failure investigation, and design iteration. Make independent engineering decisions and resolve risks across combustion, materials, manufacturing, and propulsion performance while collaborating with mechanical, manufacturing, avionics, and test teams.
