Independently assess fit for hardware roles, protect engineering time, manage candidate pipelines via ATS, challenge hiring managers when needed, and continuously improve technical judgment and market knowledge.

Lead end-to-end solid rocket motor development, including propellant formulation, motor design, manufacturing, hot-fire testing, performance analysis, failure investigation, and design iteration. Make independent engineering decisions and resolve risks across combustion, materials, manufacturing, and propulsion performance while collaborating with mechanical, manufacturing, avionics, and test teams.
