Leads accounting operations and monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. Oversees general ledger integrity, reconciliations, journal entries, billing, accounts payable, financial reporting, variance analysis, technical accounting research, U.S. GAAP application, and internal controls. Manages and develops the accounting team, drives finance transformation and automation initiatives, and uses AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and analysis.

Administers employee learning programs, training events, LMS content, learning records, CPE tracking, professional development resources, and vendor relationships. Supports onboarding, performance review cycles, goal setting, calibration meetings, communications, documentation, and employee or manager questions. Develops reports and maintains accurate learning and performance system data while partnering across departments to execute development priorities and improve processes.

Owns end-to-end biweekly and weekly payroll processing for approximately 310 employees using Dayforce. Responsibilities include payroll audits, calculations, reconciliations, adjustments, tax administration, garnishments, year-end reporting, compliance oversight, vendor management, compensation administration, and payroll reporting. Partners with Finance, People Operations, PuzzleHR, and Dayforce to resolve discrepancies, validate configuration, maintain controls, and improve payroll processes.
