Manage day-to-day accounting (GL, AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations), cash flow, restricted fund tracking, and audit coordination. Serve as strategic financial advisor to executive leadership and Board, support grant and contract fiscal requirements, and build financial capacity across departments.
