Provides financial leadership across a large project portfolio by managing forecasts, budgets, scenario analysis, financial governance, reporting, profitability analysis, and commercial performance. Coordinates project teams, controls, finance stakeholders, and clients; validates assumptions, monitors forecast accuracy, identifies risks and opportunities, and presents decision-ready insights. The role also drives improved forecasting practices, accountability, and financial transparency across complex programs.

Lead crowd, pedestrian, passenger-flow, and transport modelling studies for major venues, transit systems, and urban environments. Manage multidisciplinary projects, develop simulation models, provide technical direction, assess ingress, egress, queues, evacuation, and transport interfaces, and translate analysis into client recommendations. Support major-event operational readiness, business development, client relationships, and team development while contributing to transportation and mobility programs, including LA28.

Supports strategy, commercial, economic, and organizational advisory projects for infrastructure-sector clients. Responsibilities include research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, business cases, market assessments, stakeholder support, presentations, reports, proposal development, and project coordination. The role works under experienced consultants while developing consulting capabilities through training, coaching, and increasing ownership of deliverables.
