Leads GHD’s global talent management strategy and team, aligning workforce capability, succession, leadership readiness, development, mobility, and talent insights with business growth. Establishes enterprise frameworks and governance, advises executives using workforce data, strengthens internal talent pipelines, and drives consistent talent practices across regions. The role requires executive influence, change leadership, psychometric assessment expertise, and experience with enterprise talent technology, preferably Oracle HCM.

Leads enterprise cybersecurity strategy, security architecture, operational resilience, vulnerability management, incident response, Zero Trust, AI security, and cyber risk reporting. Builds specialist security teams, governs Microsoft security capabilities across Azure, identity, endpoints, applications, networks, and data, and drives CMMC Level 2 and FedRAMP readiness. Presents cybersecurity posture to executive leadership and the Board Risk Committee while establishing enterprise security standards and regulatory certification readiness.

Lead GHD’s workplace technology strategy and daily digital employee experience across global teams. Manage device management, cloud compute, virtual environments, and a new digital workspaces function. Own the three-year AI-augmented workplace roadmap, drive Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption, establish DEX measurement, govern device and virtual desktop costs, and prepare the environment for AI agents and non-human identities. Partner with Cyber, Platform, Microsoft, and senior IS leadership while leading transformation and people development.
