Presents cybersecurity posture to executive leadership and the Board Risk Committee while establishing enterprise security standards and regulatory certification readiness.

Leads electrical engineering projects from planning and design through construction support across infrastructure, industrial, commercial, and federal markets. Prepares reports, specifications, studies, calculations, proposals, budgets, and cost estimates; designs power distribution, controls, lighting, backup power, telecommunications, and emergency systems. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages stakeholders and project delivery, mentors engineers, develops standards, and provides client-focused solutions.

Define GHD’s future-state enterprise architecture and translate business strategy into technology direction, capability roadmaps, investment priorities, and architectural guardrails. Evaluate emerging technologies, AI, data, cloud, integration, and digital capabilities; advise executives on trade-offs and risks; align strategic programs and transformation initiatives; and lead the Enterprise Architecture capability across a complex global organization.

Lead and embed enterprise quality management across US West and Canada West regions. Advise stakeholders, drive ISO 9001 compliance, run audits and investigations, deliver regional quality initiatives, report performance, and support continuous improvement with cross-functional teams. Travel ~5-10%.
