Manages complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting Getty’s 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games planning. Develops integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables; coordinates internal teams, external partners, consultants, and vendors; tracks risks, dependencies, and decisions; facilitates meetings; and prepares updates for senior leadership. The role also integrates communications and community engagement activities with broader institutional projects.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Getty Conservation Institute director. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars and communications, coordinating domestic and international travel, organizing events, preparing briefing materials, maintaining records, processing contracts and payments, tracking budgets, procuring supplies, and supporting special projects. The role requires discretion, sound judgment, strong organization, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to represent the director professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Leads portfolio-wide project management for the Getty Research Institute, establishing consistent methodologies, processes, reporting, resource management, and governance. Manages and mentors project managers, oversees budgets, schedules, quality, risks, proposals, and enterprise-level initiatives. Partners with senior leadership, sponsors, stakeholders, and external partners to align projects with institutional goals, ensure timely delivery, and maximize impact within budget.
