Leads portfolio-wide project management for the Getty Research Institute, establishing consistent methodologies, processes, reporting, resource management, and governance. Manages and mentors project managers, oversees budgets, schedules, quality, risks, proposals, and enterprise-level initiatives. Partners with senior leadership, sponsors, stakeholders, and external partners to align projects with institutional goals, ensure timely delivery, and maximize impact within budget.

Manage Getty’s nonprofit tax function, including federal, state, and local filings; tax provisions and deferred tax reporting; UBIT guidance; audits; multi-state compliance; and tax matters related to private equity investments. Lead a small tax team, collaborate with finance, legal, investment, and operations stakeholders, advise leadership on regulatory changes, and improve tax processes and internal controls.

Manages complex, enterprise-wide technical projects supporting Getty’s Unified Visitor Experience initiative. Coordinates discovery, road mapping, implementation, governance, cross-functional teams, vendors, requirements, budgets, risks, documentation, communications, and change management. Partners with project leads, engineers, system administrators, consultants, and senior stakeholders to align visitor-facing platforms such as reservations, marketing, CRM, and CMS systems.
