Directs warehouse, distribution, inventory, and account operations across assigned facilities. Oversees managers, budgets, P&L, KPIs, staffing, customer relationships, process improvement, ISO compliance, safety, and profitability. Develops resource plans, communicates best practices, supports sales and marketing efforts, and ensures operational goals are met. Travel may reach 75% during the first 90 days and 15–25% thereafter.

Supervise FTZ compliance and warehouse operations: verify/validate shipments, reconcile inventory between Synapse and AOS, prepare FTZ reports, train/manage staff, ensure regulatory and ISO compliance, maintain safety and customer communication, and support payroll and account profitability.
