As a Bilingual Human Resource Generalist, you will manage employee relations, facilitate orientations, lead training, and handle recruiting activities.

Supervise FTZ compliance and warehouse operations: verify/validate shipments, reconcile inventory between Synapse and AOS, prepare FTZ reports, train/manage staff, ensure regulatory and ISO compliance, maintain safety and customer communication, and support payroll and account profitability.

The VP of Business Development identifies opportunities and develops strategies to acquire new customers and enhance service offerings, leveraging industry expertise to support sales efforts.
