Lead the Sales Transformation team focusing on AI strategy, workflow management, CRM migration, and sales technology optimization. Drive change management and stakeholder engagement while ensuring effective team leadership across multiple initiatives.

Lead and develop a regional BDR team to generate and accelerate enterprise pipeline across the West region. Own pipeline strategy, coaching, enablement, forecasting, and conversion improvements. Partner with Sales and Marketing on account-based and regional GTM, implement data-driven prospecting using CRM and sales engagement tools, and build repeatable playbooks and talent pipelines into sales and technical roles.

Lead strategic finance for One Americas sales: financial and workforce planning, forecasting automation with AI tools, variance analysis, management reporting, and partnering with sales, HR and corporate FP&A to guide investment decisions.
