Build and own full-stack UX and backend systems for the ML lifecycle: design architecture, integrations, observability, CI/CD, and production frontend/backends. Lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and collaborate across teams to scale ML platform capabilities.

Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable SecOps platforms using C++, Rust, and scripting. Implement CI/CD and DevOps practices, integrate systems via APIs/webhooks and AI-driven tools, architect cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) environments, optimize Linux/kernel configurations, automate infrastructure, and collaborate with SecOps on monitoring, detection, and response to protect enterprise assets.

Manage dealer relationships across the Houston Metro Area to drive adoption and sales of OnStar, My GM Rewards, payment products, and OTA features. Deliver in-dealership training and coaching, conduct business reviews and sales performance analysis, support product launches, troubleshoot onboarding issues, and collaborate with GM field teams to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Role requires daily in-market visits and dealer-facing customer service.
