The role requires physician recruiting experience and favors telehealth recruiting, AI-enabled sourcing tools, and comfort working in a fast-paced, low-structure environment.

Provide asynchronous text-based and synchronous video general medicine for adults across the U.S.; perform triage, order/interpret labs and imaging, coordinate specialist e-consults and referrals, maintain clinical continuity, and contribute to workflow and quality improvement.
