Design, source, build, and validate custom tooling, jigs, and fixtures to enable safe, repeatable, and scalable manufacturing. Collaborate with machinists and engineers, troubleshoot production tooling, and ensure tooling meets safety, ergonomic, and operational requirements.

Lead cross-functional programs supporting permitting, government and community engagement, and operational priorities for a new site. Coordinate stakeholders, manage schedules, prepare executive briefings, track regulatory and permitting activities, mitigate risks, establish scalable program processes, and represent the company at public meetings and events.

Design, build, and maintain custom test solutions (hardware and software) for in-house electronics and electro-mechanical hardware. Select or design PCBAs and COTS hardware, write Python automation, run test campaigns, root-cause anomalies, and collaborate with design and manufacturing to improve reliability and safety.
