Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts by developing account plans, leading complex consultative sales cycles, building C-level relationships, closing large deals, forecasting pipeline in CRM, negotiating contracts, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver customer-focused solutions and drive retention and expansion.

Lead HR strategy and operations including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, HR policy, compensation, and HRIS management. Advise executives, drive workforce and succession planning, ensure legal compliance, and promote culture and engagement across sites.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the President/CEO and Executive Leadership Team. Manage complex calendars and travel, prepare meeting materials, draft correspondence and presentations, coordinate board and leadership events, track action items, handle confidential matters, and partner across departments to execute strategic initiatives and logistics.
