Serve as chief legal officer providing strategic legal advice to the CEO, executive team, and Board. Oversee regulatory compliance, contracts, litigation, employment law, international trade, transportation and final-mile logistics legal matters. Lead legal team, manage outside counsel, set governance and compliance programs, and support M&A and commercial initiatives.

Manages digital customer accounts, builds relationships, handles shipment and service inquiries, resolves issues, supports onboarding and portal training, coordinates technical and operational requests, submits account and pricing changes through Salesforce, identifies retention opportunities, and partners with sales teams to develop growth opportunities.

Drive revenue growth by acquiring, expanding, and retaining strategic accounts. Manage complex enterprise sales cycles, build executive relationships, develop account plans, forecast pipeline, negotiate contracts, and partner cross-functionally to deliver customer solutions and maximize lifetime value.

Drives revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business while managing existing client relationships. Owns the full sales cycle, develops proposals, negotiates contracts, maintains CRM records, meets sales targets, forecasts pipeline performance, and collaborates with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to support onboarding and retention. The role requires consultative B2B selling, relationship management, presentations, negotiation, and occasional travel to job sites or other locations.

Lead HR strategy and operations including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, HR policy, compensation, and HRIS management. Advise executives, drive workforce and succession planning, ensure legal compliance, and promote culture and engagement across sites.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the President/CEO and Executive Leadership Team. Manage complex calendars and travel, prepare meeting materials, draft correspondence and presentations, coordinate board and leadership events, track action items, handle confidential matters, and partner across departments to execute strategic initiatives and logistics.

Lead and scale a national sales organization for GLS across National, Commercial, and SMB segments. Own go-to-market strategy, revenue acquisition, partner/channel development, quota and compensation design, forecasting discipline, and Salesforce-driven pipeline management. Build senior sales leadership, align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive profitable growth, market share gains, and scalable partnership-driven revenue streams.
