Drive revenue by managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposals, negotiation, and closing. Build and maintain client relationships, use CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), meet sales targets, forecast pipeline, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure successful onboarding and retention.

Serve as chief legal officer providing strategic legal advice to the CEO, executive team, and Board. Oversee regulatory compliance, contracts, litigation, employment law, international trade, transportation and final-mile logistics legal matters. Lead legal team, manage outside counsel, set governance and compliance programs, and support M&A and commercial initiatives.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the President/CEO and Executive Leadership Team. Manage complex calendars and travel, prepare meeting materials, draft correspondence and presentations, coordinate board and leadership events, track action items, handle confidential matters, and partner across departments to execute strategic initiatives and logistics.

Senior HR leader responsible for strategic and operational HR functions including workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, performance management, training, HRIS management, compensation, culture and engagement, and advising senior leadership.
