Support and lead lab hardware testing and systems integration for high‑power electronic attack (HEATR). Manage functional/in‑service testing, troubleshooting/repair, logistics/procurement, scheduling, and lead tester teams to meet program objectives on site at Point Mugu, CA.

Provide data center management SME support for remote government sites: plan, manage, and optimize power/space/cooling (PSC), review change requests and renovation designs, support DCIM tool adoption (Nlyte/Archibus/AutoCAD), coordinate with site leadership and facility teams, assist cloud transitions and large-scale projects, and deliver briefings to senior management.
