Serve as the Seabee Readiness training SME at CECOS: review and ensure technical accuracy of curriculum, design and develop instructor-led and technology-based training (CBT/WBT), create tests, storyboards, and workflows (Office 365), and support training analysis and evaluation while managing projects and stakeholder relationships.

Provide on-base and off-site electrical engineering support for MK 41 VLS ATE systems: install, test, troubleshoot, repair, update schematics and documentation, perform failure investigations, support corrective/preventive actions, and design/customize PCBs using Altium Designer. Travel ~25%.

Provide evidence-based cognitive and mental performance training to individual and group agency personnel, focusing on adaptive thinking, emotional control, performance improvement, documentation, research support, and development of practice guidelines.
