Leads a multidisciplinary manufacturing test engineering organization supporting power electronics, energy storage, controls, and clean energy products. Oversees test strategy, automated test equipment, software development, PCBA and end-of-line testing, factory deployment, production data systems, analytics, and traceability. Manages roadmaps, staffing, budgets, suppliers, and cross-functional collaboration across internal and contract manufacturing sites. Drives design-for-test, new product introduction readiness, test coverage, yield, uptime, diagnostics, and continuous improvement.

The Power Solutions Manager promotes Generac Industrial products, provides sales support, trains engineering firms, and collaborates with sales teams on projects.

Provides organization-wide technical leadership for AWS cloud infrastructure and security architecture supporting a connected-home energy platform. Designs scalable infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code standards, security controls, identity and access management, threat modeling, observability, and cost optimization. Partners with SRE and product engineering teams on reliability, secure coding, technical strategy, tooling evaluations, and mentorship. The role requires hands-on expertise in cloud platforms, distributed systems, security engineering, containers, CI/CD, and modern observability.
