Manage the end-to-end claims process for diagnostic laboratory services, including claim submission, denial analysis, appeals, resubmissions, payer follow-up, documentation, and payment resolution. Collaborate with authorization, billing, and reimbursement teams; maintain knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, payer requirements, and regulatory changes; and generate reports to identify trends and improve revenue cycle performance.

Sell GeneDx genomic testing to pediatric and genetics-focused physicians in an assigned Upstate NY territory. Generate leads, build a physician development pipeline, conduct consultative in-person and virtual meetings, coordinate with operations for issue resolution, support events and marketing plans, and act as first-line account contact to grow new and existing business.
