French-English bilingual ability and Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter experience are preferred.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for diverse manufacturing-related roles, including sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder advising, offer negotiation, and candidate engagement. Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruitment strategies, use market and recruiting data to improve outcomes, maintain accurate ATS records, and promote the employer brand. The role emphasizes sourcing specialized manufacturing, EHS, quality, process engineering, leadership, and lean/continuous improvement talent.

Manage US and Canadian payroll tax compliance, including tax notices, registrations, adjustments, W-2c and T4 amendments, reconciliations, filings, audits, and employee inquiries. The role uses Workday and ADP Smart Compliance to resolve tax exceptions, validate setups, support quarter- and year-end processes, and improve compliance workflows. Responsibilities also include documentation, workers compensation support, regulatory liaison activities, and process improvement.
