Supports clinical learning technology operations, including course publishing, maintenance, compliance reviews, data cleanup, help desk escalations, troubleshooting, testing, and system improvements. Partners with course owners, IT, security, development teams, and business stakeholders to manage requirements, feature requests, QA feedback, documentation, and future platform discovery. Also researches approved AI use cases and supports development and testing of learning technology tools.

Deliver customer-facing clinical and product training for GE HealthCare CT imaging equipment across the customer lifecycle. Coordinate with sales and service teams, provide pre- and post-installation education, document training outcomes, and maintain customer relationships to drive adoption and revenue. Travel extensively within assigned territory to deliver on-site and remote training.

Leads enterprise Finance Transformation PMO execution, governance, roadmap planning, risk management, executive reporting, and change adoption. Partners across Finance, IT, data, business operations, regions, and external providers to standardize, automate, and simplify finance processes, systems, reporting, and operating models. Provides finance and FP&A expertise while driving stakeholder alignment, training, communications, sustainable ownership, and value realization across complex transformation workstreams.
