Provide high-trust executive support to the General Counsel: manage a complex multi-timezone calendar, prepare meeting materials, coordinate travel, triage communications, support recruiting/onboarding, track projects in Notion/Asana, coordinate outside counsel and vendors, handle HR/compensation administration, manage documents in Google Drive, and process expenses. Must handle confidential legal and personnel matters with discretion.

Embed with customers to design, build, and deploy GC AI integrations into legal workflows. Develop production-grade API/webhook integrations, troubleshoot deployments, create reference implementations and documentation, and feed product insights back to Engineering to improve the platform. Travel to customer sites up to 25% as needed.

Lead marketing systems, analytics, and attribution; own marketing tech stack and email programs; manage paid media and web/landing strategy; build internal tools and execute account-based programs; drive program management and operational excellence across marketing to align with revenue.
