Design and optimize compressor and turbine aerodynamics, collaborate with engineering teams, resolve technical challenges, and drive continuous improvement in turbomachinery design.

Lead on-site production, quality, purchasing, and warehouse operations for Garrett's motorsport and aftermarket performance products. Manage scheduling, supplier negotiations, inventory, shipping/receiving, 5S, and cross-functional coordination to meet customer demand and support new product introductions.

Lead design and industrialization of centrifugal compressor products from prototype to production. Coordinate cross-functional teams, engage customers, define FMEA and DVP&R, run testing and root-cause analysis, and drive cost and reliability improvements for production launches.
