Lead on-site production, quality, purchasing, and warehouse operations for Garrett's motorsport and aftermarket performance products. Manage scheduling, supplier negotiations, inventory, shipping/receiving, 5S, and cross-functional coordination to meet customer demand and support new product introductions.

Design and optimize compressor and turbine aerodynamics, collaborate with engineering teams, resolve technical challenges, and drive continuous improvement in turbomachinery design.

Design and industrialize centrifugal compressor and related components from concept to production. Coordinate with customers, design, simulation, manufacturing and suppliers; execute FMEA and DVP&R; test prototypes; resolve launch/field issues; drive cost reduction and benchmarking; document processes and lessons learned.

Lead risk management and technology maturity across NPI phases, approve readiness and validation strategies, drive technical governance and continuous improvement, and own engineering knowledge management for electrification technologies to ensure reliable product launches.

Lead design and industrialization of centrifugal compressors from concept to production. Coordinate with customers, design, simulation, manufacturing and suppliers; define FMEA and execute DVP&R; prepare prototypes, testing and analysis; drive launch issue resolution; generate cost-reduction ideas and develop process documentation and benchmarking.

Lead system-level engineering for next-generation oil-free centrifugal compressors. Define system performance requirements, design HVAC architectures (multi-compressor, cascade, hybrid), optimize energy and reliability, support validation/commissioning, drive certification/compliance (UL/CE/IEC/ISO), and engage customers to influence product strategy and deployments in industrial cooling applications.
